12 Days of Fitness Day #12 Mountain Climbers
On the twelfth day of Fitness
My friend Daphne gave to me:
25 Mountain Climbers
25 Jumping Jacks
20 Plank Taps
20 Push Ups
15 Air squats
15 Burpees
10 Plank Jacks
10 Jump Lunges
5 Triceps push ups
5 Dive-bomber push ups
2 minutes of Wall squats
And one minute planking by the tree
Mountain climbers, yeah! Powering thru all 12 exercises of this challenge without stopping for an extended period will be a challenge but you can do it!!! Although today is the last day of the YMCA of Greater Kansas City 12 Days of Fitness challenge, we encourage you to continue to incorporate some or all of these exercises into your fitness program. This is also a great routine to print out and carry for those of you who travel.
The journey to health and well being is not one that takes one day or twelve days. It is a path that we each travel each and every day and includes not only our physical health, all dimensions of well being. I hope you enjoyed our 2017 challenge. We welcome your feedback and thoughts on potential challenges for 2018. From the YMCA of Greater Kansas City Healthy Living Team we wish everyone the happiest of holidays and all the best for 2018.
