Sunday Meal Prep
I really do meal prep!
I think sometimes people think that my meal prep recommendations are all talk, but I can share will complete honesty that a large part of my weekend relaxation time is spent prepping meals for the week. It's even more of a production when I also have to travel, but without fail, I prep and pack on Saturday and/or Sunday every week. It is worth the time investment for many reasons, the primary reason being that I find cooking to be relaxing. I turn on HGTV or a TED talk and I am good to go!

These are photos of my breakfast meal which is comprised of:
1 jumbo egg
2/3 cup egg whites
Sprinkle Turmeric
Dash of Salt
Dash of Pepper
I bake them at 450 degrees F for 20 minutes. After they cool I cut each pan into about 16 pieces and then put in my glass dishes (plastic if I have to fly). Then o to the next meal!
I'll be sure to share more meal prep and road warrior tips if you find this helpful.
Have a wonderful week!
