Let the Countdown Begin! 12 Days of Fitness Challenge 2018

It's that time of the year once again. In just 7 days (starting December 10, 2018) we'll be launching the 2018 Kansas City YMCA 12 Days of Fitness Challenge!! Who could resist working out with the wonderful personal trainers at the Kansas City YMCA (aka the smiling faces below!).

Leading up to December 10 there are a few things you can do to prepare for the challenge:

  1. Find a team of family, friends and/or co-workers and encourage them to join you for the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge

  2. Download the KC YMCA App. You can learn more about the app on our website.

  3. Check with your primary care provider to ensure that it is safe for you to engage in a physical activity program.
