Day 12 Mountain Climbers: 12 Days of Fitness
On the twelfth day of Fitness
My Y Coach gave to me
Thirty (30) mountain climbers
Ten (10) spider push-ups
Sixteen (16) curtsy lunges
Thirty (30) jumping jacks
Twenty (20) plank jacks
Ten (10) triceps push-ups
Twenty (20) air squats
Twenty (20) squat front-kicks
Thirty (30) seconds of planks
Twenty (20) awesome push-ups
Twenty (20) pop squats
and one minute of high knees by the tree
Mountain climbers, yeah! Powering thru all 12 exercises of this challenge without stopping for an extended period will be a challenge but you can do it!!! Although today is the last day of the YMCA of Greater Kansas City 12 Days of Fitness challenge, we encourage you to continue to incorporate some or all of these exercises into your physical activity program. This is also a great routine to print out and carry for those of you who travel for work or will be traveling for the holidays.
We hope you enjoyed our 2018 challenge. We welcome your feedback and thoughts on potential challenges for 2019. From the YMCA of Greater Kansas City we wish everyone the happiest of holidays and all the best for 2019. We look forward to seeing many of you at the Y ☺
