š Today, I am grateful for my friend Vesime who met with me early this morning to discuss our podcast schedule for the next six months. Vesime is an awesome friend and collaborator on Perfectly Pl@nted. It is so fun to share my passion for living life with intention.
š The highlight of my day was co-hosting an Endurance Masterclass with Coach James @ The Vegan Gym.
šŖš¾ My movement win of the day was a wonderful cathartic run in the rain after a rocking leg workout.
š± My nutrition win of the day was my usual, lol! Salad, a tofu sandwich, fresh fruit from Wegmans, chickpea curry over basmati for dinner. Lots and lots of water (felt a little dry)
š¤ My mindset/motivation win of the day was reflecting on a poem, āThe Road Not Takenā by Robert Frost.
