Wingman's Meals, Movement, Mindset, Sleep (3MS)


šŸ™ Today, I am grateful for enjoying the company of incredible friends.


šŸ˜„ The highlight of my day was running the 2023 National Womenā€™s Half Marathon and 8K with two amazing friends from MITRE. There is something amazing about seeing 3000+ women lined up to run a race. It was a beautiful day and I saw parts of DC I had not previously explored.


šŸ’ŖšŸ¾ My movement win of the day was running the 8K through the beautiful DC morning. I ran a mile warm up and then another 2 miles cool down.


šŸŒ± My nutrition win of the day was eating my curry, salad and some fresh kiwi fruit. I ran fasted as I always do but refueled in the afternoon.


šŸ¤— My mindset/motivation win of the day was enjoying running as a team and motivating each other every step of the way. I won the race by being present and spending time with these amazing ladies!


šŸ˜“ Sleep time last night was 6 hours 23 minutes. I went to bed early so I could be ready to run.
