Lessons Learned - Triple A Challenge Day 25
What can you learn from the challenges you are facing? It could be a challenge related to COVID-19. It could be a physical or mental health challenge. It could be a challenge at home or at work. Regardless, each challenge is an opportunity to learn about yourself, to learn about the world around you and to grow stronger. Sometimes you may feel bowed under the weight of your challenges but do not allow the weight to break your resolve. In the words of Maya Angelou....
“You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it.” ~~ Maya Angelou

50 Mountain Climbers
30 Curl and Press
20 Bench or Stair Triceps Dips or Press downs
20 Triceps Push Ups
30 Russian Twists (15 each side)
50 Plank Jacks with Mini Band

😩. Your poor shoulder! Yes, I can only imagine the challenge but all of your other activity has been awesome!
With my shoulder, it’s been a challenge to do this challenge. But what I’ve substituted walking, a mile for each of these exercises every day. It’s been wonderful. Meeting a challenge with counterchallenge!
